Aren't these magnificent? Like big shuffling billiards tables, embarrassed because they got scruffy scrapping in a brawl. Off to get their baize nap smoothed by a man in white gloves. It's somewhere in Chile though. For the life of me I cant recall where which is unusual. Mind you we did rather howl around South America that season and a lot was going on. These are in a graveyard, a famous lady or other resides. Right beside the rank and rest of them stacked ten high in leisure centre lockers with dirty plastic flowers stuffed in the vents.
I am enchanted by big bellied billy pine trees and formed citrus ferns. They do them very well around here and I'm thinking of a project to drive around and document some lovely beasts. If not inclement I might start tomorrow at dusk. There's a splendid platoon of them manning the main road out of county down I've noticed.
